Traci Bass was raised in Northern California and moved to San Diego 25 years ago. She started selling Real Estate in North San Diego County 23 years ago, and has been with Coldwell Banker for the last 18 years.

Traci is devoted to serving the particular needs of her clients. She works in all price ranges from start-up condo’s to multi-million dollar estates. Traci also handles investment properties, ranches, land and lots. Her ability to listen to her client’s needs and desires has propelled her to the top in her field. Her clients continue to come back to her for all their Real Estate needs, and often refer their family and friends.

Traci continues to educate herself in all aspects of Real Estate and earned her Brokers license in 1992. She is also trained in Relocation, Marketing, Communication, Computer Technology, Finance, Short Sales and R.E.O.’s. Keeping abreast of what is new in the market helps to keep Traci at the top of her field.
